Stravatha is situated near Volimes in the far north of Zakynthos. If you’re looking to get away from it all, we think this area and the wild west coast are the best parts of the island, with beautiful coves, traditional olive groves, pine forests, excellent tavernas and jaw-dropping scenery around every winding corner.
The villa
Stravatha is a beautiful traditional stone house perched on a hillside, in 2 acres of private gardens, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea.
Facing due west, there are spectacular sunsets every evening (you won’t find a better spot) and with no other buildings in sight—just the faint twinkle of Kefalonia’s lights in the distance—the house offers a true sense of secluded beauty.
