Accommodation
The Property is fully furnished and includes all necessary fixtures, fittings, and amenities required for a comfortable stay. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, kitchen appliances, linens, and basic household items.
The maximum number of guests is 6. Any additional guests must be approved in writing.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10 AM on the day of departure.
​​
Use of Property
The Property is to be used for residential purposes only and not for any commercial activity.
Parties and events must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional terms.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the Property during their stay and are expected to take reasonable care of it.
The Property should be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property.
​​
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, and disruptions in transportation.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
​​
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their stay.

Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, guests acknowledge they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Booking and cancellation Policy

Booking
​Upon booking Stravatha we will request a 20% deposit to secure your booking.
The balance of your booking must be paid before your stay at Stravatha.
Cancellation by Guests:
More than 6 months before arrival: Full deposit refund.
Between 6-3 months before arrival: 50% deposit refund.
Less than 3 months before arrival: 0% deposit refund.

Cancellation by Property Owner:
In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate the cancellation of your booking by us, we will refund all payments made by you for the villa rental. Alternatively, where possible, we will offer you the option to reschedule your stay to a later date.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all guests secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible unforeseen cancellations.
​
Notification:
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notice.
